\u00c0 l\u2019image de l\u2019\u00e9mergence des centres commerciaux et de leurs offres pl\u00e9thoriques qui deviennent de v\u00e9ritables p\u00f4les d\u2019attractions, le N.M.C. veut offrir un maximum de loisirs dans un m\u00eame lieu, facile d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Un nouveau concept qui pr\u00e9voit en bloc la construction, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de grands centres de sport et de loisirs avec des affectations qui vont du bowling aux billards et jeux d\u2019arcade, en passant par le restaurant, la discoth\u00e8que et l\u2019h\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dans la 2\u00e8me<\/sup> moiti\u00e9 du XX\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, les centres de bowling construits en Suisse et en Europe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exclusivement tourn\u00e9s vers la pratique du bowling, c’est-\u00e0-dire que la majorit\u00e9 de l\u2019espace \u00e9tait d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux pistes, ne laissant que tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019espace pour d\u2019autres affectations. Ce mod\u00e8le dispara\u00eetra progressivement fin du si\u00e8cle dernier pour laisser la place \u00e0 des centres de loisirs plus spacieux ax\u00e9s, bien entendu, autour de la pratique du bowling mais plus encore\u2026billards, ping-pong, jeux vid\u00e9o, bars \/ snack, restaurant compl\u00e9teront peu \u00e0 peu l\u2019offre de loisirs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It was at this point that Bowling Switzerland Inc imagined what an NMC could be, in the image of the emergence of shopping malls and their plethora of offerings, which are becoming veritable magnets, The NMC aims to offer a maximum of conviviality, leisure and catering facilities in a single, easily accessible location… a place where life is good.<\/strong> integrating leisure and sports activities such as bowling, games, padle, squash, fitness, solarium, discotheque and hotel on a modular basis.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When it comes to leisure, consumers tend to react in the same way as they do in shopping malls: they no longer want to shop in dark boxes. The building becomes an element of communication that must contribute to the consumer’s pleasure, and the NMC responds to this expectation with an architecture that offers space and light.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By way of example, one floor would house the bowling lanes, the billiards and arcade games area, the bar and its drinking area, the restaurant and other sports activities.<\/strong> Another floor would consist of two mezzanines, housing a discotheque, fitness area and terrace, joined by a walkway.
